Founded in 1927 and initially named Ideal Bakery, Pastelería Ideal is currently in its 10th decade of uninterrupted operation in Mexico City. What started out as a small bakery during the Cristero War, is nowadays a leading company in the baking industry of the country and well positioned in the minds of customers.
